Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchases from True Orange Boutique! If your items do not work for you, we are happy to offer a generous return policy and appreciate your understanding as we follow these guidelines as a small business.

• Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase. These items must be in new, and unused condition.
• Items may also be returned within 60 days for a store credit or gift card.
• Sale items , jewelry, and holiday items are not eligible for returns.
• Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@trueorangeboutique.com to let us know! We may not always have a replacement item as our products sell through very quickly, but if we do have the item we will send you a return label and ship out your replacement items upon receipt of your defective or damaged items.

If the item you are returning is not defective or damaged, and you are returning it for other reasons, then you are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us. We offer free shipping on all orders, but we are not able as a small business to also offer free shipping on all returns. Thank you for your understanding!
