Ordering

You have a PICKUP option? Tell me more!

Yes, we have a new warehouse/shipping location located just about one mile from our store in downtown Clemson. When checking out, please select PICKUP as an option, and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup!

Our warehouse hours are Monday through Friday from 10am - 3pm. We are located at 1006 College Avenue Clemson, SC 29631, right across from 12 Mile recreation area and right next to Pinnacle Veterinary Group. We do have parking options here which will make for an easy pickup, and we are so excited to offer this as an option to receive your order!

Do you have different items in the store than you have available on your website?

YES, we do have many additional items available in our boutique in downtown Clemson! Our website focuses on game day apparel and accessories, but in the boutique we have many more every day items as well!

If you see something you love on Instagram or Facebook that is not on our website, please call us at 864-650-2370 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. We are not able to ship breakable items. Thank you for your understanding and for your support.

Will you continue to accept All Inspired Boutique gift cards?

YES, we will continue to accept gift cards in the boutique in downtown Clemson from All Inspired Boutique that were purchased before July 2022. Our new website for True Orange will not be able to accept All Inspired gift cards as this is a new system. We thank you for your ongoing support and appreciate your understanding as we transition to our new name!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your purchases from True Orange Boutique! If your items do not work for you, we are happy to offer a generous return policy and appreciate your understanding as we follow these guidelines as a small business.

What products are available for returns?

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase. These items must be in new, and unused condition.

Sale items and holiday items are not eligible for returns.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@trueorangeboutique.com to let us know! We may not always have a replacement item as our products sell through very quickly, but if we do have the item we will send you a return label and ship out your replacement items upon receipt of your defective or damaged items.

What is the process for returning an item?

If the item you are returning is not defective or damaged, and you are returning it for other reasons, then you are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us. As a small business, we are not able to offer free shipping on all returns. Thank you for your understanding!

We have two options for you to receive your order- select whatever works best for you!

Shipping for online orders

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $49! For orders under $49, shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary depending on your order weight and location.

Our goal is to have your order shipped out to you within 2 business days of the time it is placed! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way!

Pickup for online orders
